Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in HR operations or a generalist role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge preferred
