Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Support payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive (minimum 5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
