Autism Center of Excellence is a leading autism therapy center based in Durham, North Carolina, providing high-quality ABA services to children aged 2-16 in a warm, family-focused environment.

We are seeking a proactive

HR Executive (Night Shift)

to support and scale our India operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and is ready to independently manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities (Night Shift Role)

Manage the complete employee lifecycle--from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance management, and offboarding. Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and SOPs in line with Indian labor laws and people-first practices. Prepare, organize, and maintain essential HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, compliance paperwork, and employee files. Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory tasks (PF, ESIC, compliance filings) in partnership with finance and external consultants. Maintain accurate HR records, monitor key metrics, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready. Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Must be comfortable working the

Night Shift (US hours)

. 2-3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years handling responsibilities independently or in a senior capacity. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working with remote or distributed teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox. Background in startups or fast-growing organizations. Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, and Notion.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
