Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
during night shift - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
Support
HR Operations
including attendance tracking, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance.
Handle on-boarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update HR databases and generate reports as required.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience
in HR operations and recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in
night shift
.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
