Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with hands-on experience in recruitment and exposure to
US payroll processes
. The role involves end-to-end hiring, candidate coordination, payroll support, and HR operations aligned with US business hours.
, including contract and full-time roles
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders across US time zones
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
US Payroll Support
Assist in
US payroll processing
for consultants and internal employees
Collect, verify, and maintain timesheets and attendance records
Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams
Ensure compliance with payroll timelines and documentation requirements
Address payroll-related queries from employees and consultants
HR Operations & Compliance
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and US staffing standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in HR / Recruitment
Prior exposure to
US staffing, US payroll, or night-shift operations
is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
Willingness to work in
night shift aligned with US business hours
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset
