Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Type: Full-Time ( Night shift 10 pm - 6 am )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee relations and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback.
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Manage HR documentation, records, and reports.
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team..

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS software.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,313.23 - ₹18,006.15 per month
