To post a job as Co. requirement, to screen the CV's, to train the employees, to conduct induction, all paper work related to HR, payroll processing, Job Synopsis: .Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.Desired Candidate ProfileJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
