Job Title: HR Recruiter - International BPO & IT Recruitment

Location: Nerul, Navi mumbai

Working Hours: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO (voice, non-voice, chat, tech support) and IT roles (developers, testers, infra, etc.) Understand job descriptions and client requirements for each role. Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidates' communication, skills, and fitment. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal panels or clients. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers during the entire hiring process. Maintain candidate pipeline for high-demand roles. Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters. Ensure timely onboarding and documentation. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and update ATS or trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2years of hands-on experience in International BPO and/or IT recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and screening ability across levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.

Preferred:

Experience in international voice process recruitment. Familiarity with IT technologies and common developer profiles. Immediate joiners preferred.
