: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team at our Dhule location. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: - Foster positive employee relations by addressing questions and concerns. - Assist in resolving conflicts and implementing employee engagement initiatives. 3. HR Policies and Compliance: - Maintain and update HR policies and ensure adherence to legal requirements. - Stay current with employment laws and regulations. 4. Performance Management: - Support the performance review process by tracking performance metrics and providing feedback to employees. 5. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and assist in planning and organizing training programs. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. 6. Benefits and Compensation: - Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation administration. - Handle queries related to payroll and benefits. 7. Documentation and Record-Keeping: - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Generate reports as required for management. 8. HR Projects and Initiatives: - Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee wellness activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of relevant HR experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Excel. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
