Role Responsibilities:

We're looking for an HR Executive to manage a wide range of HR functions, including:

End-to-end recruitment HR compliance Employee relations HR administration Policy implementation HR analytics & reporting
The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and proficient in Excel and HR operations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will be handling HR responsibilities across our 2 offices in Namakkal, and also supporting recruitment and operational activities for our offices located across the South region such as Mysore, Salem, Rasipuram, Dindigul, and other nearby locations whenever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
