We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive - Operations
with 2 years of hands-on experience in HR processes. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, compliance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
including onboarding, confirmation, exits, and employee records
Coordinate
recruitment activities
such as interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer documentation
Manage
employee onboarding and induction
programs
Maintain
HR MIS, employee files, and HR databases
accurately
Support
payroll processing
by coordinating with finance and ensuring attendance, leave, and deductions data
Manage
attendance, leave management, and shift records
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Handle
employee queries
related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Assist in
performance appraisal processes
and HR audits
Support
employee engagement activities
and internal communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / MSW / PGDM in
Human Resources
or relevant qualification
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR Operations or Generalist role
Strong knowledge of
HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Experience in
payroll coordination and HR documentation
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
Experience in
IT / Corporate / Manufacturing HR operations
Knowledge of
PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
