Handle end-to-end recruitment for R&D, technical, and support roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews and offers.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and warnings.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and probation reviews.
Identify training needs and arrange internal training programs.
Maintain training attendance, feedback, and training records.
Support HR policy implementation.
Promote employee engagement activities and support internal communication.
Key Performance Indicators :
Meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining quality of shortlisted candidates.
Accurate and updated employee documentation with zero errors.
Timely preparation of HR reports, attendance, and leave summaries.
Positive feedback from new hires regarding onboarding experience.
Completion of appraisal cycles within the scheduled timelines.
Timely completion of probation reviews and evaluation documents.
Training programs conducted as per schedule with good participation rates.
Training feedback scores meeting required standards.
Reduction in HR process deviations and timely policy updates.
Employee engagement activity participation and satisfaction levels.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate or postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
in an R&D/technical/IT environment.
Strong communication, recruitment, coordination, and documentation skills.
