Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

HR Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle

employee engagement activities

and maintain a positive workplace environment. Maintain accurate

HR records

, including attendance, leave, and performance tracking. Assist in

payroll coordination

and ensure timely submission of employee data. Implement and update

HR policies

in line with company standards. Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes. Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2 years of experience

in an HR Executive or Generalist role. Bachelor's degree in

Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with HR software, job portals, and recruitment tools. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
