Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process -- job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll and attendance management.
Support performance management and appraisal systems.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, BambooHR).
Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
