will be responsible for handling end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and compliance activities. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms (college drives, job portals, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule final interviews with management.
Handle joining formalities and maintain employee records.
2. Employee Engagement & Administration
Organize staff meetings, events, and celebrations (e.g., Diwali offers, training sessions).
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support HR policies, circulars, and disciplinary procedures when required.
3. Training & Performance
Assist in training coordination and performance appraisal processes.
Maintain trainee lists and coordinate with institutions.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports such as monthly manpower status, joining/leaving details, and attendance summaries.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in HR files and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software preferred.
