We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR operations, including
PF, ESIC, attendance management
, and
end-to-end recruitment
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records for
Provident Fund (PF)
and
Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns
Coordinate with external agencies for PF/ESIC-related queries and audits
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor daily attendance and leave records using HRMS or manual systems
Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
Resolve discrepancies in time records and leave balances
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and selection
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Handle onboarding formalities and employee induction
HR Operations & Documentation:
Maintain HR databases and ensure employee files are complete and up to date
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure implementation
Support in employee engagement and grievance handling
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
