We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations & Coordinator to support our HR department in executing day-to-day operations and coordinating HR activities. This entry-level role is ideal for MBA graduates looking to launch their career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High level of integrity and confidentiality
