Job Description

The HR will play a pivotal role in supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for HR processes and will work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisement creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with department heads for hiring decisions. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive proper training, introductions to teams, access to resources, and integration into the company culture. Conduct background and reference checks for candidates to ensure accuracy and integrity in hiring.

Employee Records & Data Management:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, performance appraisals, and leave applications. Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations, handling all employee information securely. Manage HR documentation for probation evaluations, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:



Assist in payroll processing, manage attendance records, track leave balances, and calculate overtime to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements. Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans) and inform employees of their entitlements. Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely and clear manner.

Employee Engagement & Relations:



Design and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to enhance morale and workplace culture. Address employee grievances and conflicts, providing prompt resolution in accordance with company policies. Actively promote company culture and values to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

Policy Development & Compliance:



Assist in the formulation and revision of HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices. Communicate HR policies to all employees and organize training to ensure compliance. Stay up to date with labor laws and industry standards, ensuring company HR practices comply with relevant regulations.

Performance Management & Development:



Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely evaluations and constructive feedback. Track performance issues and collaborate with management to develop improvement plans for employees. Organize training programs to address skill gaps, in coordination with department heads, to align with organizational needs and employee growth.

Exit Management:



Manage the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring proper final settlements are made. Analyze feedback from exit interviews to identify opportunities for improving employee retention and organizational culture.

HR Reporting & Analytics:



Prepare and present regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment updates, and employee demographics. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment, retention, and overall employee satisfaction. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR activity reports to the HOD.

Support HR Projects & Initiatives:



Assist in implementing HR-related projects, including wellness programs, diversity initiatives, and organizational change management efforts. Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with company-wide objectives, fostering collaboration across departments.

Administrative Support:



Manage HR-related emails, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure the timely communication of HR matters. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organize HR documents for easy access, ensuring compliance with data management policies.

Server & HR Software Management:



Organize and maintain HR data on the server, ensuring secure and easy retrieval of sensitive information. Oversee HR software tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, integrated with HR processes, and functioning smoothly.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations. Strong understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and data management tools. Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and best HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR.

Additional Skills:



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
