About the role
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment - 1. Working on Naukri, LinkedIn to source candidates for Contractual and Junior level on role position
2. Interview coordination
3. Coordinate with PEC team for PS management
4. Keeping tab on progress on recruitment process (for the roles handled by PEC team)
2. Onboarding & Exits -
1. Maintaining regular connect with upcoming new joinees
2. Preparing elaborate induction plan
3. Working with PEC on timely closure of Background verification cases.
4. Exit process management for on roll employees as well as consultants
3. People processes
1. End to end support in running the people processesthrough the year (Confirmation, goal setting, Mid-Final review etc.)
2. Coordination with HRIT team smooth closure of processes
4. Employee Engagement & Recognition program
1. Coordinating and supporting business Admin team and corporate HR team for all employee engagement and rewards initiatives
2. Working on employee recognition program and execution of the plan
5. Internships of Undergraduate Students
1. Coordinate with College/Universities SPOC for Internship.
2. Handle their interview, Joining/Exit process
6. HR Vendors Payments
1. Processing HR consultants and vendor invoices/ payments.
2. Following up the finance team for the payment.
7. MIS & Data management
1. Maintaining excel data of Existing, Exiting, new joinee employees
2. Updating org structure
