Vacancy Type : 1 Position : Executive/ Sr. Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Field HR (pharma background only) Location : Goregaon West CTC : 4 to 5 LPA Organization : Virchow Laboratories Ltd :

  • Manage Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India.
  • Responsible for the end to end life cycle management
  • Handling the employee documentation process till on-boarding
  • HR Operations (Issuing various letters like offer letters, appointment letters, etc, Employee Code generation, Email ids creation, Attendance management, F&F settlements)
Requirements:
  • Experience managing the HR responsibilities for min 100 sales/field employees in pharma company
  • Good Communication and written skills.
  • Good knowledge of Labour law and Statutory Compliance.
  • PGD in HR.
  • Min 3- to 4 yrs of experience in HR
