Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based on the client requirement, cold calling and headhunting resume.
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies through various recruitment portals
  • Screening candidates, Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with job descriptions provided by the client company.
  • Drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
  • Arranging/ organizing interviews and selection events
  • Counselling applicants to prepare for interviews
  • Building long-term relationships with clients for continuous inflow of business.
REQUIREMENT IN CANDIDATE:
  • Min diploma in any field of education
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a recruitment consultant
  • Good knowledge of different hiring techniques and sources.
  • Good written and speaking skills
  • Time management skills
  • Should be comfortable in cold calling and networking with candidates
  • Should be comfortable interviewing minimum 30-40 candidates on daily basis.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
