Looking forProfile : - HR ExecutiveKey Responsibilities : 1. Strategize and drive the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process for junior , mid and senior level hires ; This would include the Hiring Plan, Talent Budgeting, Mapping, Job Analysis and Attracts, Salary Negotiation and On-boarding2. Handle the Performance Management Life Cycle at the Organization level including Goal Setting, Monthly , Quarterly and Year End, KPIs, Internal Benchmarking on Productivity, PIP3. Learning & Development /Engagement Activities: Designing and planning training programs at the organization level ;4. Other Business Activities: Grievance handling, HR Process Automation, Attrition analysis- Identify potential attrite, reversals & retention strategies; Payroll Management, leave entitlements, Bonus & increment5. MIS & Reporting : Weekly reports to senior on hiring status as per defined metrics and other reports as desiredCandidate's attributes: 1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist3. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures4. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws5. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRMS systemsBudget : 5 lacs
