\xc2\xb7 End to end Recruitment and talent acquisition activities for Blue collar & Staff (Plant Level) \xc2\xb7 Preferred experience steel wire Industry \xc2\xb7 Managing end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing of CVs, alignment of interviews, shortlisting, release of offer letters, completion of joining formalities, on boarding of candidates \xc2\xb7 Coordination with Department Manager for scheduling of interviews, feed backs and other processes \xc2\xb7 Updating Recruitment Trackers and various reports & HR MIS. \xc2\xb7 Joining Formalities, Documentations, etc. \xc2\xb7 Employee Engagement Activities \xc2\xb7 Vendor Management \xc2\xb7 Handling Manpower Budgets Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9180,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9240,000.00 per year Education:
