Job Summary
We are currently looking for an HR Executive (fresher or up to one year of experience) to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Requirements:
1. Candidate must have good communication and written skills.
2. Candidate should have experience in IT based company.
3. Should have knowledge about the recruitment and selection process.
4. Candidate should have positive attitude and able to work in a team.
5. Should be ready to take responsibilities and always ready to learn new things.
6. Manage Director sectorial work. Responsibilities and Duties- - Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct interviews with the candidates.
- Documentation ( Preparing Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience letter, etc.)
- Building a healthy environment in the company. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month Benefits:
