to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment specific to the factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for staff, workers, and trainees.
Maintain and update
employee records
, personal files, and attendance.
Handle
onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
.
Coordinate and monitor
statutory compliances
under the Factories Act, Labour Laws, ESI, and PF.
Prepare and maintain
HR MIS reports
and statutory registers.
Support
payroll preparation
, leave management, and shift scheduling.
Assist in conducting
training programs, performance appraisals, and welfare activities
.
Address
employee grievances
and promote a positive work culture.
Liaise with
contractors
regarding HR and compliance matters.
Support the HR Manager in implementing
HR policies and procedures
effectively at the unit level.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
Labour Laws and Factory Act provisions
.
Hands-on experience in
payroll and HRMS software
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle workforce-related issues with patience and professionalism.
