Job Summary

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bhopal is looking for a

dedicated and experienced HR Executive

to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and oversee core HR operations. The role focuses on employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process Develop and administer employee referral programs Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation Design and manage compensation and benefits structures Conduct performance appraisal systems (quarterly, annual, and 360-degree reviews) Execute effective sourcing, screening, and interview processes Monitor and manage the HR department budget Handle employee grievances, relations, and conflict resolution Track employee retention, attrition, and HR metrics Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
