Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Post job openings on portals, social media, and internal channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Employee Engagement & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Coordinate training sessions and team meetings
Assist management with HR reports and MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in HR Executive / HR Generalist role
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Understanding of basic HR policies and labor practices
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
