About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT recruitment and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong coordination skills, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and induction programs. Plan and drive employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, fun fridays, etc.). Handle HR documentation, employee records, attendance, and basic admin tasks. Support day-to-day HR operations and compliance. Manage and update social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for hiring posts, employer branding, and internal activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and maintain a healthy work culture. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Handle salary structuring, revisions, incentives, deductions, and full & final settlements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Executive (IT sector preferred). Strong knowledge of IT hiring processes and tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in employee engagement & onboarding. Basic understanding of HR policies and administration. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Positive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented personality. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
