Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
Assist in payroll processing and coordination with accounts
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee queries and grievance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist in HR audits and reports
Support employee engagement and training activities
