1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring for all roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Create and maintain job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Manage payroll inputs, salary structures, incentives, and statutory deductions (with external vendors if applicable).
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Handle exit formalities, F&F settlements, and documentation.
3. Performance Management
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Track goals, KPIs, and review cycles in coordination with leadership.
Support managers in performance feedback and improvement plans.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Act as a bridge between employees and management.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Plan employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team initiatives.
Promote company values, ethics, and a positive work culture.
5. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Coordinate with consultants and auditors as required.
Keep HR practices aligned with legal and regulatory updates.
6. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and skill gaps.
Organize internal or external training programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
7. HR Strategy & Advisory
Advise leadership on people-related decisions.
Support organizational growth through workforce planning.
Create scalable HR processes suitable for a growing organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
