Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate with team leaders and management for manpower planning
Support implementation of HR policies and internal processes
Assist in attendance management, basic compliance, and HR operations
Contribute to employee engagement activities and workplace culture
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
