Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & coordination
Manage joining formalities, onboarding & documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance & HR data
Assist in HR operations, employee engagement & day-to-day HR activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR processes
Support policy implementation & compliance
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / HR Operations
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment portals & MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
