Compensation & Benefits:
Managing payroll, benefits (health, retirement), and compensation packages to stay competitive.
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs, coordinating skill development, and ensuring licenses are current for specific equipment/projects.
Policy & Administration:
Developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, managing employee records, and handling attendance/leave.
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of labor laws, especially in construction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a critical, fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Organizational skills, time management, and discretion with sensitive data
