Job Purpose
To plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, academic leadership, and administrative roles in line with university policies, UGC/AICTE norms, and academic calendars.
Key Responsibilities
1. Faculty Recruitment
Handle recruitment for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, HoD, Dean, Director positions.
Coordinate with Deans, HoDs, and Selection Committees.
Screen CVs as per UGC / AICTE / Statutory body norms.
Schedule interviews, demos, presentations, and campus visits.
Verify academic credentials, publications, experience, and eligibility.
2. Non-Teaching & Administrative Recruitment
Recruit staff for Admissions, Accounts, HR, IT, Examination, Library, Lab, Support services.
Manage junior, middle, and senior-level hiring.
Coordinate skill tests, technical rounds, and background checks.
3. Talent Sourcing & Branding
Post vacancies on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Coordinate with consultants, references, and internal referrals.
Represent university at job fairs, campus drives, academic conferences.
Support employer branding initiatives.
4. Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment tracker & MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with reservation norms, approvals, and documentation.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Coordinate joining, induction, and onboarding.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment aligns with UGC/AICTE/State Govt norms.
Maintain recruitment files for audits and inspections.
Support NAAC/NBA/NIRF documentation related to faculty recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,600.00 per month
