Job Title: HR Executive (Minimum 1 year Experience In Jewellry or Retail)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage the critical talent acquisition and administrative support for this high-growth area.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy: Lead the full-cycle recruitment drive for sales and event staff, focusing on candidates with mandatory experience in the luxury, hospitality, or jewellery retail sector. Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to source elite, professional talent, including actively encouraging applications from female candidates for sales roles. Interview & Selection: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing to assess candidates' professionalism, luxury background, and ability to thrive in a target-driven, event-based environment. Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate smooth onboarding, ensuring new hires understand company policies, luxury brand standards, and compliance with HR procedures (e.g., PF documentation). Compensation Administration: Assist in salary finalization, maintaining records of the competitive structure and managing incentive/bonus tracking. Event Support: Provide essential HR and administrative support for exhibition events, ensuring staffing logistics are managed efficiently across the Morena regions.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven HR experience, ideally with a focus on talent acquisition in the Jewellry, luxury, retail, or hospitality sector. Familiarity with compliance procedures related to PF and benefits administration.

Qualifications & Attributes:

Education: Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles. Professionalism: Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and fostering a professional work culture.
