Job Description

An HR Executive manages daily HR operations, acting as a bridge for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations handling everything from hiring paperwork to strategic policy implementation. They implement HR strategies, support employee growth, maintain records, and ensure smooth, productive workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee hiring, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire orientation.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, update policies, and handle HR documentation.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior & mid-level roles Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Schedule interviews with hiring managers Conduct HR screening & candidate follow-ups Prepare offer letters and support onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers & reports

Required Skills



Good communication & coordination skills Knowledge of recruitment process Interest in employee engagement & training MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Strong follow-up & execution skills
