The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, HR documentation, employee engagement, and performance management. The role ensures smooth HR operations, policy compliance, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Conduct induction, complete joining formalities, and ensure seamless onboarding.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Prepare monthly payroll and maintain attendance & leave records.
Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, ECR uploading, and maintain compliance documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan employee engagement activities and support grievance resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance & Learning Management
Assist in PMS implementation and appraisal coordination.
Support LMS operations and track participation.
HR Documentation & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and HR digitization initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws
Experience in PF/ESIC portal & ECR filing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS, Dashboards)
Confidentiality, multitasking & problem-solving ability
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
