Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate telephonic and in-person interviews
Conduct HR round interviews
Issue offer letters and complete joining formalities
2. Payroll & Attendance
Maintain employee attendance records
Help in preparing monthly payroll data
Assist with salary calculation, deductions, and overtime management
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for salary disbursement
Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain confidentiality
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage leave requests and maintain leave registers
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Support performance evaluation processes
Assist in HR policy implementation
Support the management with daily HR coordination
Basic office administration tasks
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Understanding of HR basics & payroll concepts
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to handle recruitment and coordination
Qualification
Freshers can apply
Any graduate (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSc, B.Tech etc.)
HR specialization preferred, not mandatory
