Maintain employee records and ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws
and statutory requirements.
Handle staff grievances and maintain discipline as per hospital policies.
Support recruitment activities for various hospital departments.
Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
hospital HR operations
