Job Description

Talent acquisition and management:

Managing the full recruitment and hiring process, including interviews and selection. Conducting employee onboarding and orientations. Overseeing the offboarding process, including exit interviews.

Employee relations and engagement:

Managing employee relations and addressing grievances or conflicts. Fostering a positive and safe work environment. Organizing employee events and programs.

Compensation and benefits:

Administering and managing employee benefits and compensation programs. Processing payroll and managing salary reviews.

Performance and development:

Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and reviews. Supporting employees with performance improvement plans. Coordinating training and development initiatives.

Compliance and administration:

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Creating, updating, and administering HR policies and procedures. Maintaining confidential employee records and HR databases. Managing HR-related budgets and reporting.
