Administering and managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
Processing payroll and managing salary reviews.
Performance and development:
Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and reviews.
Supporting employees with performance improvement plans.
Coordinating training and development initiatives.
Compliance and administration:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Creating, updating, and administering HR policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidential employee records and HR databases.
Managing HR-related budgets and reporting.
