Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.

- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues, including benefits, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR management or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
