Job Description

Recruitment and Hiring

: Oversee the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations

: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a supportive work environment.

Performance Management

: Develop and implement performance evaluation procedures, set performance standards, and provide feedback to employees to enhance productivity.

Training and Development

: Create and manage training programs to help employees develop skills and advance in their careers, ensuring that training aligns with organizational goals.

Compliance and Policy Management

: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, update HR policies, and maintain employee records.

Compensation and Benefits

: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet legal requirements. Minimum 2 years' experience required

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
