The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate-level and business positions. This role involves identifying top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment -- from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
Understand the organization's manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through professional platforms, social media, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Maintain candidate communication and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and complete joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Collaborate with HR and department teams to enhance recruitment policies and processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and HR software (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
Experience in employer branding or campus recruitment will be an added advantage.
