Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
-- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Design and implement
HR policies, engagement activities, and team events
.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
Conduct
induction and training sessions
for new hires.
Support performance evaluation and feedback systems.
Foster a healthy, transparent, and motivating work environment.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
