Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Assist in organizing and coordinating performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational standards.
Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
