recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, and employee exit formalities
. The role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and a professional approach to maintaining a healthy work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end hiring process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Payroll Management:
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle deductions, reimbursements, and incentive calculations accurately.
3. Compliance & Record Keeping:
Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements.
Ensure timely compliance with
PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labour laws
.
Coordinate with consultants and auditors for statutory submissions and inspections.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support HR initiatives like employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
5. Exit & Full & Final Process:
Manage resignation and exit interviews.
Prepare full and final settlements and experience letters.
Ensure smooth handover and clearance process.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software.
Sound knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field.
