We are looking for an HR Executive to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle people processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Draft and circulate HR communications, offer letters, and other official documents.
Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities.
Support management in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work culture.
Assist in performance evaluations and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using digital recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information responsibly.
