Job Title: HR Executive/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
2. Handle employee queries, concerns, and conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies.
3. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll-related issues.
4. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
