The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a people-first approach to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support to staff and management
Conduct employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews
Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and workforce development
Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback sessions
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
