Update and maintain PF records of all employees.
Handle employee queries related to PF accounts and UAN activation.
Coordinate with EPFO office for claim settlements or issues.
Stay updated on PF rules and implement changes as needed.
Employees' State Insurance (ESIC):
Register and maintain ESIC records for eligible employees.
File monthly ESIC challans on time through the ESIC portal.
Submit
accident reports

sickness benefit claims
, and
maternity benefit claims
.
Coordinate with ESIC hospitals/dispensaries for employee medical treatment.
Update employee details (address, dependent info, etc.) on the ESIC portal.
Handle employee queries regarding ESI cards and benefits.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
PF & ESIC registers and records
.
Ensure correct PF/ESIC deductions are made through payroll.
Assist during statutory audits, inspections, and internal audits.
Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate remittances.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports as per labor law requirements.
